Sumit Kumar Agarwal, is a Chartered Accountant and has over three decades of experience in the field of Strategic Planning and specializes in Mining, Steel, Infrastructure and Power Sector. A Corporate &financial advisor to various mid-market enterprises across sectors, partnering and nurturing them into bigger enterprises. He began his career with Microsec Capital Limited and as Head of Corporate Finance division handled various assignments as diverse as fund raising, corporate restructuring, M&A’s, loan syndication, besides other corporate advisory services.
Rachana Agarwal

Rachana Agarwal, is a Chartered Accountant and has over a decade of experience in the field of Merger & Acquisition, Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Debt Restructuring & alignment and specializes in Real Estate, Steel, Sugar, Cement, Auto-Ancillaries, Infrastructure and Power Sector. She began her career with Deloitte where she handled statutory and management audits, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act. From Deloitte she moved to E-serve International (100% subsidiary of Citibank), where she handled operations of the Asset based financing business of Citigroup. During her stint with E-serve she handled areas like Risk and Control Management, Securitization and Portfolio Purchase, Operations of Leasing and Loan business.

She is also a Company Secretary of Dhatre Udyog Limited having interest in Real Estate. She has proven track record in successfully and consistently delivering the responsibilities thereby streamlining risk compliances, operations leading to revenue generation & profitability and witnessed for automation and digitalization in various areas.
Esnehita Irin Samuel

Mrs. Esnehita Irin Samuel is a Cost & Management Accountant with more than 6 years of experience in taxation, compliance and financial reporting. Prior to her current role, she worked with a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm where she gained extensive experience in statutory audits, tax audits, and handling various regulatory and statutory compliances. Her work involved assisting clients in maintaining compliance with applicable financial and taxation regulations while ensuring accurate financial reporting. With a solid background in audit and taxation, Mrs. Samuel brings valuable insight into financial management and compliance frameworks.
